Tracy Wade Gugger, 55, Ankeny, Iowa, died Monday, November 25, 2019 from injuries sustained in a two-vehicle accident in rural Polk County, Iowa. He was born August 28, 1964, at Clarion, Iowa, to parents Richard F. and Patricia S. Gugger. He attended Boone Valley elementary school and graduated from BVHS in 1983. When he was a junior, he signed papers to join the US Navy upon graduation. He served with the Naval Airwing for 20 years.
