I am so sorry to find this... May the wonderful memories that you all share, lift your hearts up forever.

Sharon; so sorry to hear of Johns' passing through the Pioneers email. Have always enjoyed time spent visiting w/you and John when we had the opportunity; and of course the time we had together in student services at DMACC. Ginny and I pray for comfort and strength through the good memories of a life well lived. Blessings, Jim and Ginny

John took photographs of our annual end-of the-year "Faculty Follies." at Amos Hiatt middle school. He generously gave the teacher-actors prints of the event.
He was the BEST pingpong player I ever played against!
John was kind, caring and had a great sense of humor.

With sympathy Sharon and family. We didn't get to see John often, but when we did he always seemed to genuinely be glad to see you and always had time to chat and get caught up on what was happening with our families. I'll miss his laugh. It was something he did often and was real. Sort of mischievous. The world was a better place with John in it.

John and I worked together at Amos Hiatt Middle School. He was a colleague and friend.

I will miss you John. Let it be known that a true gentleman just entered heaven.

Sharon, Lynne Marie, Steve, Carl and Jim, I am so sorry for your loss. I never knew John but he sounds as if he had a wonderful life with his family and service to our country. I taught with Jim and Eunice and Carl. Seeing his picture I can't believe how they all resemble each other. How much fun they probably had growing up together, a very close-knit family. My deepest sympathies to all of his family. May John Rest In Peace. Shirley Corkhill
